The state violence we are witnessing against our friends, family, and neighbors is motivated by hate against immigrants. This hate is fueled by systemic disenfranchisement, xenophobia, and anti-Asian rhetoric.

Trump is specifically targeting Californians
California has more immigrants than any other state and just after Trump was elected in November 2024, Los Angeles City Councilmembers unanimously voted to establish the City of Los Angeles as a Sanctuary City.
Fascism impacts all of us. Every person, immigrant or not, should be concerned with the government’s overreach and blatant violation of the Constitution.
Trump is using his executive powers to violently attack undocumented immigrants and pro-immigrant protestors using ICE, the FBI, the National Guard, and the Marines. Trump’s orders violate the rights granted to non-citizens by the U.S. Constitution and spit in the face of the First Amendment right to protest.
ICE out of California
The protests happening across California are demonstrations of resistance by everyday people just like you. Thousands of Californians are taking to the streets to make it clear that immigrants belong and that we want ICE out of our state.These are scary and overwhelming times, but know that you are not alone.
We are inspired by the local actions of lawmakers, community organizers, and people who are protecting their neighbors, friends, coworkers, family members, and more (AKA community) by any means necessary.
